Frozen ones are perfectly okay. Run under warm faucet for a minute to thaw a bit.
Chinese cabbage, sliced into strips.
Carrots, also sliced into strips.
Onions in a bit of sunflower oil.
Throw the carrots in. Add the fruit de mer in the wok and cook for a minute to a minute and a half. Cook longer and you might as well eat your car tires.
My choice of noodles: Pancit Canton.
Pancit Canton is crunchy but not tough. Cooks quick, absorbs liquid well.
....garnish with fried garlic bits.
